Here are the rules of the Cabo Card Game:

 <li>Drawing a 9 or 10 permits players to view opponents' cards, while a 7 or 8 allows a glimpse at one of their own cards.</li>
 <li>Drawing a Jack or Queen grants the ability to swap two cards on the table.</li>
 <li>The goal is to establish a personal strategy, bluff effectively, minimize one's score, and call "CABO!" when ready.</li>
